Hand picked red chillies for their medium heat and fruity flavour. It is ideal for stir frys. Great for making a salsa Arrabbiata as an entry level spice.
Red Chillies are mild, which makes them usable as a veg. They are similar to peppers but they are not pepperish. Dice and fry a sweet potato skin-on and an onion, a tin of tomatoes and rough-chopped full bag of chillies (no seeds). Simmer and place on pasta, rice or jacket spud. Yum!
