  1. Q: How can I order

A: You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to your cart, log in, and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive an order summary in your email. The order summary will also be stored in your account.

What if my order is a gift?
First, lucky them! Second, on our cart page, you’ll find an option to add a gift note. You can rest assured that all orders are shipped without pricing information if requested and it is shipped to your requested address accordingly.

You can also let your gift recipient know something is on the way from yours truly by filling out a form – also linked in your order confirmation email. (Don’t worry, we won’t spoil what the surprise is or send them any marketing emails.)

    A: Buying online speeds up the process. By ordering online you will get prices cheaper, faster and you will be able to go through order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could save days of your time.

    A: You can use all the major credit cards including transfer. Transfer will require an evidence of payment from you before your order could be processed.
  2. What kind of food is sold on Naija Fresh?
    A: All food item sold on Naija Fresh are organic grown or produced in Nigeria or Africa only. And we sell some selected local dishes too.
  3. Q: What if what I ordered isnt exactly what I received.
    A: NaijahFresh competent management ensures that what you order is what you get. However, if by any error that your order is disapproved by you, don’t worry, you can reach us immediately for a replacement. View our return policy.
  4. Can I receive my items same day?

A: Yes. If you place your order before 12 noon, you get it the same day.

    A: Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can’t make the payment, please contact us via [email protected] or call 09028391040 to notify us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.

    A: Sign in to your account and go to “my account”. On “my account” you can change all your contact information. You can also do this on the checkout page.

  5. Q: What if I won’t be available for pick up at the shipping address?
    A: We understand that events could easily disrupt your plan to be handy to receive your order. You can assign someone else to do the pick up or reassign to us where you can alternatively pick it up on the go. Call 09028391040 to resove this.

    A: If you have already established customer relationship with, you will be granted ability to pay using POS on delivery or transfer.

    A: You can also send your order to [email protected]. You can also order by calling. Online ordering is preferred in most cases because by ordering online, you will save time, you will have easier payment process and all the information about the order will be accessible for you anytime.

    A: All the products which are shown on our site are available. Order lead time depends on the products and quantities.

    A: Currently, NaijahFresh is doing the unbelievable by giving out free shipping to first time purchasers. We are remarkably doing this without any effect on our product prices. You can check prices elswhere to compare first before buying from us.

    A: Go to this page and click “create a new account”, then just fill in all the needed information and click “create”. After submitting the form, your account will be confirmed and you will be notified.

    A: You can retrieve your password by clicking “forgot password?”. Instruction on password retrieval will be send to your email.

    A: You can easily change all your information on your account. Go to login page and log in, then click “my account” and “edit”. Here you can change all your contact information.

    A: Shipping time will be confirmed on the order confirmation document.

    A: You can easily change your shipping address on your account. You just need to login and click “my account” and “edit”. You can also change the shipping address during the checkout process if you need. Just click “edit” below “shipping address”.
